Day 1 (22/05 – Monday) – 4 groups together

  • Late arrival in Leeds
  • Introduction – Parallel with a multiplier event
  • Finalisation of the Collating activities and reports

Day 2 (23/05 – Tuesday) – morning: 4 groups together, afternoon: 4 groups separately

  • Closing discussion and agreement on the training material guideline and the methodology of the face-to-face parts
  • Finalisation of the 4 module structures
  • Discussion on the modules in details 1.

Day 3 (24/05 – Wednesday) – 4 groups separately

  • Discussion on the modules in details 2.
  • Distribution of the work between the module leader and the members
  • Determination of the internal working approach and deadlines for an effective teamwork

Day 4 (25/05 – Thursday) – 4 groups together

  • Harmonisation of the content of the 4 modules
  • E-learning development in details 1. – Agreement on the e-learning guideline and the methodology for the online parts

Day 5 (26/05 – Friday) – morning: 4 groups together; afternoon: partner meeting

  • E-learning development in details 2. – Agreement on the input by the module developers to the e-learning materials
  • Finalisation
  • Partner meeting (only for managers and coordinators)

Day 6 (27/05 – Saturday)

  • Travel back home

DAY 1 (22 May 2017, Monday) – Transnational training event – Finalisation of the Collating activities and reports + parallel with a multiplier event
